Go into a meditative state in whatever way is best for you.

You find yourself in the pan of a large set of scales. You look across the balance and find that you are being weighed against a feather. To your dismay, you notice that you outweigh the feather by quite a bit, but before you can start to worry too much, a warm golden light wraps itself around you. You cannot help it; you breathe in the golden light. The light cleanses you inside and out. You can feel yourself letting go of all the tension and the negative thoughts. Suddenly you notice that the scale has shifted. You are now much higher than the feather. Its work done, the white light contracts to a pinpoint and goes into your heart chakra. You feel rejuvenated, youthful and most of all, light. You have been relived of anything that’s been burdening you. The scale pan you are in rises a little higher, carrying you level to a floor.

You step off the pan of the scales and into the High Priestess’s temple. You remember having been here before. However, some things may have changed since you’ve been here. You look around for a moment, and then you see her. She is exactly the same as when you last saw her. She is seated on her throne between two pillars. Calm and a sense of deep knowledge radiate from her. You approach her throne. “Hello, my child,” she greets you. As with your last visit, you get the strange sense that she is smiling beneath her veil. “You seek my wisdom.” You nod your assent. “What would you like to start in the next month? What are your plans?” She listens carefully, and when you have finished speaking, she says, “Since it is always easier to work with the heavenly tides, you will find what you seek in the place of Aries, where the full moon makes her home this time.” She pushes aside the curtain behind her throne.

You walk through and find yourself right in front of a man on a throne. You get the feeling that he is a kindly man, but at the same time very efficient. Not only does he make plans, but he also carries them out. He is a true emperor, providing for the safety and well-being of all his subjects. He is both creative enough to initiate new projects and practical enough to make them happen. He smiles at you warmly. “Hello,” he greets you. “Welcome to my kingdom. The Priestess has told me why you’ve come.” To your great surprise, he stands up and climbs off his throne. He gestures for you to take his seat. You hesitate, and he laughs merrily. “Don’t be afraid. Take my place for a bit. From my throne you will be able to see exactly how to make your plans a reality.” Reassured, you take a seat on the massive throne. Then, to your surprise, he places his heavy crown on your head. In a heady rush of thought you realize that you have the power and resources of an emperor at your fingertips. How does it make you feel? What will you do with it? Make your dreams happen.

When you have finished, you return the crown to the Emperor. He sits back down on his throne and bids you a fond farewell, pointing you to the black and white pillars with the veil between. You step through the veil to find yourself once again in the Priestess’ temple. Once again, you get the sense that she is smiling though you cannot see it. She hands you a gift. “This is something to help you on your quest for wisdom until we next meet.” You thank her and she touches your forehead in a gesture of benediction. You take your gift and begin to leave the temple.

Become aware of your breath as it moves in and out of your body. Become slowly aware of your fingers and toes. Begin to bring movement back to your body. Come back to full awareness, grounded and completely in your body.
