The left half of the spread (all the odd numbered cards) represent one choice and the right side (all the evens) represent the other choice. Card 11 comments on both choices.

1 & 2 - what you're currently consciously thinking about each choice
3 & 4 - what your subconscious is saying about the situation, may be a hidden influence
5 & 6 - insight from higher power, what your spirit guide/higher self is saying about each choice
7 & 8 - what will most likely happen in the near future should you choose that particular path
9 & 10 - what will happen in the longer term future should you make that particular choice
11 - relates to both choices, something to help you make your decision, the key factor/essence
